This Creative Insight Journey is based on a Stanford University Master's Degree program developed in 1979. This 8-week journey will help you develop: * Faith in your Creativity so that you can re-imagine the world and break down walls so you can think and act more creatively, thus expanding your solutions to pesky problems. * Non-Judgment – Our Voice of Judgement keeps us small and unworthy. Reconnect with your Voice of Wisdom so you become your greatest Friend and Ally. * Mindfulness that will help you live a more stress-free lifestyle. * Tools to help you stop "analysis paralysis". * And much more ... This course will be taught by Brenna over Zoom from 7:00 - 8:30 pm (EST) on Wednesdays from October 4, 2023 through December 6, 2023 *No class October 18 and November 22
